Wonderful pictures, Takako! Looks like you had a nice time in the Bahamas with Abernethy. Lots of pictures- you did very well. Including the bull sharks!
And the dugongs- superb. Where was this? I've never seen a dugong in the wild before, and I've also wanted to...
I hope Melissa and I have the chance to dive with you two sometime soon!
Cheers,
Brandon

Hi Takako,
We saw your article & photography in the latest issue of Fathoms. It's sooooo wonderful, very well written and informative - you go girl! You've got amazing eyes and patience to find these tiny creatures. I don't know how you do it but I'm inspired to learn to be patient like you! Keep up the great work!
Cheers,
Helena

Dear Takako (and Stephen),
Came across the new gallery on your site of Raja Ampat. Impressive gallery that makes it very difficult to wait till Feb 08 before I can check out that region myself
Best wishes,
Bart-O

Dear Stephen and Takako,
Last week 3 copies of your latest book "Gorontalo, Hidden Paradise" arrived at my place, very well packed and delivered in perfect condition.
At first glance I knew I was going to like this book.
I love the quality of the book with the high quality paper and the pictures a bit more glossy. A proper binding of the book, which is hard to find these days !!
Very nice lay-out too.
About the pictures...they make me dream away, there are some creatures and ways of approach I haven't seen in other publications yet. I hope one day I'll be able to shoot pictures like yours.
Very well done indeed ! More than the author, you - the photographers - are the stars of this book
I feel proud to have a signed copy of your book, and I am sure my friends will love it too.
Best wishes from Belgium,
Bart-O

Dear Takako,
Really proud of your work, especially the new Shark images. They are very good! Bravo!! Have to admit that you've kicked my arse again this time in the big animal imageries. Keep the camera rolling.
Congratulations to the two NEW DISCOVERIES of the Nudibranchs!

Hi Ta, I am so impressed with your sharks photos! You are truly a brave woman for getting so close to some of the most agressive sharks...bulls and tigers. I get goosebumps just thinking about it. The Great Hammerheads are really big. Love that shot of the lemon up close with teeth and all. Keep it up!
Big hug,
Oli
