Scorpionfish 04t Rhinopias pair 9681

A pair Rhinopias Scorpionfish. Strange is that one is weedy-looking (supposedly R.frondosa) & the other is smooth-skinned (supposedly R.eschmeyeri) together. Could it be both R.frondosa & R.eschmeyeri are the same species?
